Our Story
Golden Crumb began in a home kitchen in Silver Lake. Elena and Marco Reyes, a husband-and-wife team, started baking sourdough for neighbors during the pandemic. Word spread, lines formed, and by 2021, they opened the doors at 3247 Sunset Boulevard.
Today, the ovens run from 3 AM to closing. Every loaf is hand-shaped, every pastry laminated by hand, every cake decorated to order. We source flour from California farms and butter from Normandy. No shortcuts, no compromises.
